7. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payment: Services are paid in advance. We accept bank transfer and payment cards. Invoices are provided upon booking.

Cancellation: You may cancel services with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment forfeit the session fee. For programmes, a pro-rata refund applies for cancelled sessions within the 48-hour window.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule appointments with 48 hours' notice at no charge.

8. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a coaching session or service, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests must include specific details of your dissatisfaction. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. See our full Refund Policy for complete terms.

9. Confidentiality

Information you share during coaching sessions is treated confidentially. However, we are not bound by professional privilege (as healthcare providers or lawyers are). We may disclose information if required by law or to prevent harm.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fitmusclenew, its employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
